The materials in this guide are meant to be resources. Do not let the sheer magnitude of what we’ve provided on this page overwhelm you. Pick & choose what you need for that moment in time. Come back here when you’re feeling the need to be inspired. Come back here when you feel you’re hitting a wall & need to move in a different direction.

This guide can be used for both in-person & online classes.

This guide will be more helpful if you’ve already gone through the content in Days 1-10 of our Fast Track Model. That’s where you’ll learn the basics of sampling, inviting & enrolling at every class you teach!

 

Our Weekly Classes:

We teach weekly Intro to Oils Classes in our community Zoom Room every Monday at 11am PST & again at 5pm PST. We do this for YOU! We want to make it easy for you to start enrolling people right off the bat! You can invite your customers & prospects to our classes. When you feel comfortable, we’d also love to have you teach with us {you won’t be alone … we can teach with you😘}!

An important piece of advice:

As you dive in please know this …
You’ll never feel ‘ready enough’ to teach your 1st class - that’s normal!
Do it before you feel ready. The learning is in the doing, & you’ll get better every time. I promise!
Remember we also make it easy for you by having weekly classes in our community zoom room.

 Use the Memory Jogger to help you think of all the people you know. Don’t prejudge who might be interested in oils … I’ve been surprised MANY times by people I thought would never want to know more. They’ve even been my best customers!

Make a list of 100 people (just to start with … you’ll constantly be adding to this list). Begin inviting to the classes you have scheduled for you Launch season.

Add your invitees to this Contact Experience Tracker. Follow the instruction on the Tracker to make your own virtual copy you’ll be able to fill in. This tracker helps you in moving your contacts along from experience to experience. Look at it every day & let it guide you in who to connect with! You can update the tracker no matter where you are if you download the associated app to your phone. If you’re a “paper person” you can print this tracker instead.

A class prize drawing slip. Print enough so there’s one for each guest to participate in the giveaway at the end (also gives you their contact info).

HOW TO WORK
WITH HOSTS

 Your current Customers & Wellness Advocates make the best hosts!

Look for those who’ve place an LRP of 100+ at least twice in a row, but who haven’t enrolled anyone yet. Ask if they’re interested in getting their oils paid for. Tell them you’d love to come teach an oils class for them + their friends & family. Let them know the two options:

  1. If they haven’t upgraded their account to Wellness Advocate status, they can upgrade & earn commissions if their LRP is at 100pv or higher.

  2. If they don’t want to be the Enroller of the class, you can still make them the Sponsor & split the commissions of the class with them.

If they haven’t Enrolled yet:

First find out if they have an interest in the Biz Opportunity. If not, since you are teaching the class & will be the one taking care of & supporting the new customers, you would be the Enroller of people at that class.

Goals For Your Class:

  1.  Keep your class simple + engaging!

  2. Use the “Sequence of Oils Class” document below to guide you. Review the scripts from days 6-9 of our Fast Track Model.

  3. Keep class under an hour. If you take too much time teaching, they won’t have time to order.

  4. Know their health goals so you can match them up while teaching.

  5. Keep directing back to the enrollment kits as you teach … builds value.

  6. Connect them to easy resources (Essential Life book) so they know they can do this!

  7. Always book at least one new class form each class!

 

3 Questions to Ask at Every Class:

During the Opening:

  1. “What area of your health is on your heart?”
    In other words - why did they come? Have them write this down. If it’s a 1:1, have them share it with you as you take notes … it’s all about them so this is so effective!

  2. "What do you know about doTERRA already?”
    If they know anything, that’s going to edify you. If they don’t know anything, they’re primed for you to blow them away when you share about stats, co-impact sourcing, CPTG, etc

During the Closing:

3. “ Are you interested in me showing you how to hire these oils to go to work for you at the best price?”
Point them to your favorite kit & share why.

REMEMBER - they want you to sell to them! Don’t be like the server at a restaurant that tells you about this amazing menu … then doesn’t return for your order!😉

 
 

Booking Classes from Classes:

GOAL: Always book at least 1 class from each class you teach. Use the “keychain method” from Day 10 of our Fast Track Model. Another option would be to give them a smaller Essential Life book (the spiral bound version) for booking a class. When you reference the book throughout your class you can let them know they have the opportunity to take one home for free when they book a class with you.

PASS OUT DRAWING SLIPS BEFORE YOU DO YOUR CLOSE:

"Okay let’s do a giveaway! As you’re filling in the draw slip, I wanted to mention, there is an opportunity to go home with this book today, so for anybody that is interested in hosting a class (in next 2 months), you'll actually get to go home with this book today."

PASS THE BOOK AROUND. Then COLLECT THE DRAWING SLIPS. Take a quick peek at who said ‘yes’ or ‘maybe’ & do the drawing/give out the prize.

FOR THOSE THAT CHECKED OFF ‘HOST A CLASS’:

“I’m so excited that you get to go home with this book today, let’s get your class booked for next month - does the 18th or 27th work better?”

Then WAIT for them to reply. Don’t say anything until they do.

 How to Process Enrollment Forms:

For smaller classes or one-one-ones: You could enroll them right then on your phone or laptop. If you run into any problems with the doTERRA site, you can have them fill out the form, then either process later or over the phone with doTERRA Customer Service.

For larger groups: Use the enrollment form & have them fill out. Let them know you’ll process the enrollment form either that evening or first thing in the morning.

Send all new enrollees home with a Welcome Bag (see “What to do after enrolling someone” below).

CREATE CUSTOMIZED CARTS FOR CUSTOMERS TO ENROLL WITH

 

Do this within 24 hrs of enrolling someone:

👉 Send your copy of our team Welcome Email.

👉 Subscribe them to our team email education series (find the link in the ‘Featured’ section at the top of our Biz Facebook group)

👉 Add them to the appropriate Facebook groups so they get support based on their interests. Everyone gets added to the Customer Support Group. They can also be added to the Biz Group if they have an interest in that.

👉 Optional - send them home with a little welcome gift (or mail out if you’re enrolling online)

Tips from High Enrollers:

Before you start enrolling people - make sure you’ve setup your personal Loyalty Rewards order of at least 100pv & keep it saved at that amount always! That’s how you earn commissions from enrolling.

When teaching classes, don’t forget to touch on LRP (Loyalty Rewards) at the end of your class, but only for about 2 minutes. Let the class know you’re excited to offer everyone a 1:1 call once they’re enrolled & then you’ll go over this rewards program in more detail at that time & establish a customized wellness design plan for them (using this LIVE guide).

Making a Class Sign up Form:

Here is an example of a Google Form you could create to invite people to your online classes.

I suggest opening this form side by side as you create your own. To create your own, Google “Google Forms”. From there you can create a free form. You’ll want to also establish it to send responses to your inbox. If you are unsure of how to do that, simply plug your question into Google to learn the steps.

Then, you would email out the link to your online class a few days prior, & keep the emails in your ‘warm market’ segment of your email platform for follow-ups after class.

Mailchimp, Mailer Lite and FloDesk are popular email platforms.

 

Using Zoom:

Zoom is free to use if you keep your classes less than 40 min.
So that’s great to start with & then you can upgrade to various packages from there based on your needs.

Facebook Classes:

You can stream from your desktop computer through Facebook if you are using Chrome as your browser.
We recommend you create a private Facebook Group to stream your classes into.
Then you can decide to store them there or delete them as you add new people into the group.

Tip: You can also stream your zoom class into a Facebook Group. Once you’re in your zoom room, click the 3 dots on the bottom right & you’ll see the option to stream to FB or Youtube if you’ve turned that setting on in your zoom profile settings.

Ultimately, you don't want them being distracted in this state of 'getting ready to get ready'.
If they’re ready to start earning income immediately, have them begin by going through our Fast Track Model.
If they want to move at a little slower pace, have them start with our free Core Business Wellness Advocate Training.

✔️ Schedule the launch class + season
✔️ Invite all the people
✔️ Have a class/1:1s happening every week for 3 months
✔️ Take others through this process until you've helped 54 people do this & boom! You’re presidential! 

Of course there are growth opportunities + belief work that must be done along the way but if you're coming at this as an operator/strategic person …
